Screening

I require all of the following information for screening. All numbered items are mandatory. If you re unable or unwilling to provide these items, kindly refrain from contacting me.

1. Your Legal First and Last Name

2. Your Phone Number with Your carrier. I do not accept Google Voice or other secondary numbers. 

3. Your email address

4. Two References (Listing or website + email) - or - Contact me from p411. Please do not send me your p411 handle, I require a request within p411.

5. Please email a photo of your government issued Photo ID. Your full name, height, eye color & birthrate must be visible. You may blur or cover any other information if you wish. I will verify this information on the day of our occasion. I recommend that you use proton mail to send your ID for your privacy and data security, however this is up to you. I do not retain this information for your privacy.

Finally, you are welcome to add any additional information such as handles, socials, linkedin, publications or bios mentioning you. This is purely optional.

Why do I require rigorous screening?

My availability is limited as I am employed full time in a sensitive industry.  I maintain a high level of discretion for my safety and privacy. I am the right fit for a select few. If we are not a match, I certainly appreciate your interest in connecting with me and wish you all the best on your adventures.
